Getting the messaging right
My mission here was to write a 25pp playbook and copywriting toolkit for tone and consistency for this industry-leading taxi app that sends out a wide variety of comms to customers, drivers and B2B. These take the form of emails, in-app messages, push notifications plus social media posts and ads.

Copy Start Our Tone
Although our tone of voice is constant throughout – after all, it’s our personality – we adjust it according to different situations, depending on who we’re talking to. It may be reassuring, helpful, encouraging, serious, light-hearted, humorous, to the point, celebratory or congratulatory – but it’s always uniquely mytaxi. It’s akin to a person, whether speaking to their grandparents or a child, always retaining their character and their personality. Even though they might use different words and phraseology. It’s still the same voice.

Finally, always bear in mind that all mytaxi comms should always be nothing short of…
…happy, helpful and human.
