This film featuring specially created Superheroes is part of the world’s largest internal engagement program, devised to improve morale, skills and productivity. The idea is that every single one of over 400,000 DHL employees is a Certified International Specialist – having completed their respective modules – thereby also empowering them.
And each time an employee completes a module they get a stamp in their CIS Passport.
The Superheroes films are just a part of the all-encompassing CIS program. Live action films shown during the modules, presentations, ads, printed material for the modules and so much more all combine to deliver a truly engaging program that turned DHL’s fortunes around.
